Is my motherboard or front panel broken?

My computer won't power on, and the front panel is wired properly, I've tested the PSU so its either the front panel or my motherboard. Help me please. It's supposed to be backlit and its not even lighting up, so is it the front panel.

did you try jumping the 2 pins for power switch on the mobo with a screwdriver?

No it didn't work, as I turned on the the PSU and then processed to touch the power connectors with both a screw driver and a wire, and it didn't work.

No you touch the 2 pins together with a screwdriver, not touch one with one. There has to be a conduction between the 2 pins video

I did, it still didn't work.
