Is my motherboard or psu is dead

Hello guys
After I changed my gpu
My pc don't want to turn on
It seems like there is no power at all
I test the psu alone out side of the case was spin fine I take out my motherboard out of the case and there is no signal at all
I just did order new motherboard and psu from Amazon
And I'm afraid the my cpu is also dead
My pc
I5 7600k
Ram ddr4 8gb
The new gpu 1060 3 GB gigabyte
Psu really bad brand 500 watt
Motherboard msi h110 pro vh
I did try the motherboard with another psu and it was same no signal of life

Make and model of your PSU, please? Bad brand will generally give you the idea that it's the issue.

Why did you get an H110 board and pair it with a K suffix processor? Is the BIOS on the board up to date? If not, then you're going to have to either look for a Z270 chipset motherboard or drop down to an i5-6600.

^ That there, is the issue. You probably have the wrong BIOS on the board and you have a latter gen processor.

I just bought the pc like that
And it's mini pc mini case mini board mini gpu
Anyway the psu brand is Power Supply SL-500 ATX Super Silent 120 mm
I did order new better one and new motherboard gigabyte H110M-S2H
And sorry for my bad english
