Is my motherboard overheating? Should I think on getting a new one and if so what parts?

I plan on streaming games such as first-person shooters and need to keep my computer in good condition. This motherboard is about 6 years old and the only component that has been changed is the graphics card.

You need to get some new program's. Your last link is saying your 12 volt rail is 5.06 volts your PC will not boot with that so I would question all the information on that page.

What application do you use to test each component's temperature?
