IS My motherboard suitable?

I am planning to buy a new PC with the following specs:
1.Zotac Geforce GTX 750 Ti - 2GB Graphics card
2.AMD FX-8350 - 8 core processor
3.Corsair SMPS CX430 430 Watts PSU
4.ASUS M5A78L-M LX V2 Motherboard
5.G.Skill NT DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB)
PC RAM (F3-10600CL9S-8GBNT)
6.LG GH24NS95/GH24NSB0 DVD Burner Drive

My question is, will the motherboard be suitable for that processor and graphics card?

you cpu needs AM3+ socket motherboard, and the gpu needs PCI-e slot for working. There will be no issue regarding compatibility of your board, gpu and cpu. You are all good
