Question Is my motherboard the reason for my BSOD errors sometimes?

For a while now I have been getting BSOD errors here and there but recently they have picked back up and I am wondering if it is my motherboard that is the issue. I ran the windows memory diagnostics tool 2 times the other night and it said I had hardware issues and now i am running it again and i have no errors. I also did memtest86 and it passed all 4 times with no errors. So idk what could be the issue. Maybe it could be my PSU because it's pretty old but everything seems to be getting power fine and I think its 650 watts. I can also provide my pc hardware info if anyone needs it.
