Plz help i can't figure out, if my motherboard get's too hot.

In Speccy it's laying around 40-45°C, which shouldn't be too hot, but at the back of the case, i can almost burn my hand if i touch it.

i am using a AMD FX-9590, og a Asus SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0.

Before i got this motherboard, i had a Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z, which i had to do a RMA on, because it turned on fire, at the voltage regulators, which are around where it's getting hot now, so therefore i'm getting afraid of it to turn on fire again, what to do?

Solution
What PSU model do you have? Three overheating motherboards points to something else being the problem.

What kind of cooling do you have in the PC?

No nothing has been overclocked, and actually i did RMA 2 Crosshair V Formula-Z's so it's 3 motherboards, with heat issues.

How is your ambient(room) temps? I suggest introducing some good airflow (a cheap 35~40 watt electric fan might do the trick) and perhaps to reconsider the placement of the cpu itself (might be tucked in too near stuff). Remove part of the casing and try to see if your fans are running okay, if some parts are glowing(red hot!).

40~45 is like a really high fever, not burning to the touch. A google search says that this cpu really does run hot, and top coolers should be used.

Sorry by a mistake i picked this as the solution...

I don't know my exact room temp, but when my pc is running full load, there is kinda hot in here. but when it's off there isn't hot at all!

I know that this CPU is running hot, and therefore i got a Corsair H110i, which make it stay around 20°C at idle mode, but the back of the case is still EXTREMELY HOT!

And i'm pretty sure it's the regulator which is getting hot.

i have a Cooler Master v1000, and a corsair H110i on my CPU, which is intake for the case, and a 140mm rear outtake.

But when i had the Crosshairs, i was in a Cooler Master HAF X, with 2x200mm intake, the H110i and a 140mm rear as outtake.
