Can you get into the BIOS? If so you can try resetting the BIOS to the default settings. You can also update the BIOS there .

But my first recommendation is to try booting into safe mode. Then try a startup repair or restoring Windows to an earlier restore point.

If none of that works , then try clearing the CMOS. Then try the above again.
There is likely a button on the motherboard to clear the CMOS. You can consult the manual for instructions.

You can try removing the graphics card and using the integrated graphics. This may allow you to get to Windows.

(If you are wanting to try updating the BIOS, you can probably do that without starting BOS. Consult the manual for instructions.)

Here are some check lists to try...
You said that it started on it's own. That could have been a power fluctuation . If it was in sleep mode, then it could have been a Windows update that required a restart. You can check the system update history to check.

I would run the Windows troubleshooter, and troubleshoot the system from there.

thanks for your answer mate , but i want to say could you explain what do you mean by " reseat the memory , and clean the contacts '' ? do you mean take out the ram from the motherboard and clean it ? i have 1 piece of ram

sorry but english is not my native language

The DDR4 memory sticks on you motherboard is what I'm referring to. The motherboard that you mention uses dual channel memory. That means that you should have memory installed in sets of two in the same color slots. You can refer to your motherboard manual for instructions.

You can download the manual here.

i only have one stick , i am going to clean the contacts then reinstall it again in the motherboard .

anything else ?

On the motherboard there are diagnostic LED's to highlight problems on the motherboard. There may also be a digital diagnostic module on the motherboard to help troubleshoot the motherboard. If it doesn't,then you can use a case speaker for diagnostic beep codes.

Also when reinstalling the RAM, blow out any dust in the slot.

didn't work , then i decided to format my pc , downloaded win10 but couldn't get to the desktop , cause the blue screen keep shutting my pc down 🙁

There are many you tube videos available to run you through the steps of fixing a blue screen as well.

If you are not comfortable with doing this troubleshooting, there is always the repair shop option.
