Question Is my new GPU (XFX AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT THICC III Ultra) faulty?

May 15, 2020
Hello everyone. I recently bought a new rx 5600 xt and replaced it with my old r9 380 today. At first, there was no issue, Windows booted properly, I have checked the AMD software and device manager, and everything seemed in order. So, I started to play Witcher 3 to test it. After 3-5 minutes of playtime, the computer crashed to black screen and now it won't boot (it powers up but all I see is black screen). I've tested my r9 380 to see if I mess up my mobo or something but it runs just as fine before with the old GPU. I have noticed there is a white spot on the PCIe of the GPU (adding an image). Could this be the problem? Do I have a faulty GPU?
