Hello and thank you for your time.
Installed my new RTX 2080 Ti Hybrid.
Most things seem okay but a few issues.
1. The core clock is ping ponging back and forth consistently, is it supposed to do this?

2. Sometimes when I leave a game and as the window is closing the speakers give a brrrrrrrr sound (like it's going to crash, but doesn't and then the game closes fine and sound goes off).
3. I don't care about RBG, but it looks like the lights do not fill the full "GEFORCE RTX". I just want to make sure it's getting correct power, etc, not sure if this could affect performance.

(You can see that the beginning of the G doesn't lite up, nor does the C, nor does the X. It looks worse in person). Once again, I don't care how it looks but not sure if this means power is not connected properly.
