Hello, what do you guys think of the config below? are all the products compatible, is the power supply sufficient?

Gigabyte ga-h77n-wifi
i3 3220 3.3 GHz
G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM (F3-10666CL9S-4GBXL)
Corsair VS350 350 Watt PSU

Currently wouldnt be getting a dedicated graphic card, but later i intend to change my cpu, gpu and power supply.

P.S: I can't go for the latest haswell cpu, due to budget issues.

True, but they go on sale too.

So what's the purpose of this build? It's very hard to recommend any i3 since you can get a FX 6300 for the same price or lower unless you're just an Intel guy or you're strapped for heat/power.

If later on you WILL upgrade your PSU,CPU,GPU... then this will work fine... But if you want to get a dedicated graphics card then you will need to get a 500-600 W PSU...! But I recommend you to upgrade all things at one time...that would be better
