Question Is my Noctua NH-D15 screwed tight enough?

Hi, I was looking at my cooler and thought it could be sagging but I am not sure, so opened the case and tugged it a bit - up or down, it goes back in standard position. Also made some photos of screws. Could anyone tell is they are screwed tight enough?

Isn't the Noctua mounting system configured in such a way as to prevent accidentally applying too much pressure....via spring-loading? Similar to using a torque wrench.

In my case, I don't know if I applied enough pressure, so attached pictures of screws to see if someone can determine if this tightness is enough.
