No.
The Chieftec is a really,REALLY low quality PSU and nobody should use it when upgrading old components.
You will need a new PSU,as this one is likely to explode when you install the GTX 760.
Rosewill Capstone 650M 650W is a great option for a PSU.
All the best. 😉

Actually, I am already running that psu with my gtx760, now i just want to upgrade the CPU and MOBO.
I am planning on getting Asus Socket AM3+ M5A97 LE R2.0 as the MOBO, and the AMD FX6300 as the processor.
Atm I'm running the GTX 760 with a dual core intel cpu and the psu i mentioned.

Good choice of the CPU and the mobo.
If your Chieftec explodes, don't say I didn't tell you.
If it works fine, then leave it. 😉

If it explodes, will it damage my other components? And also, can I mount the psu to the mobo?

IF it explodes,it will damage first your GPU and then the mobo and other stuff.
What do you mean by "mounting the PSU on the mobo" ?

My psu has the 20+4 connector pin thingie, can it connect to the mobo? And also, what ram do you reccomend getting?

No,it can't connect to the mobo.The mobo requires a 24+8 connector,not 20+4.I had the same problem,so I ended up getting a new PSU. 😛
For the RAM: KIngston Fury 2x4GB @ 1600 MHz
.
