Is my os the latest version of windows 7?

I checked my registry because I wanted to make sure this was the latest version of windows 7. The version I have is Windows 7 64 bit 7600.win7_gdr.100618-1621

Build 7600 is the only commercially available version, so yes - you have the latest version.
