Question Is my overclock ok?

This is my first overclock so I’m not sure wether my voltage is high for the frequency.
Specs:
I9600k @4.8 ghz and 1.28v
Noctua NH D15
Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro WiFi
Rosewill Cullian mx case

I’m using intel extreme tuning utility and core temps hovering around 70c.

voltage is fine, while i cant tell you how well you were placed in the silicon lottery, that chip can take up to 1.45v, but i would not past 1.4v max for longevity purposes, so i think you can reach the 5ghz if you want
