Is my Overclock safe ?

I managed to overclocked my Rx 480 Nitro+ to 1380mhz core clock and 2050 memory clock with 15% power limit increased.I made a lot of tests and i played rise of the tomb raider,black ops 3, far cry primal and the temperature was <80C(around 75C) everytime and my fan speed was between 60%-70%.I only got one voltage spike in gpu-z ....from 1.150 to 1.4..but when that happenned everthing else was untouched.
My rest of my build is:
Intel Core i5-6500
H110M-DGS mobo
500 Watts 80+ bronze certified PSU
HDD 1tb
16gb DDR4 ram
Should i keep testing or everything is safe ? Did that voltage spike affected my card ?

You can run Unigine Heaven benchmark program for some time at high/ultra quality and look if you get any artifacts or overheat or not. If not, your OC is stable and you're good to go.
