Few things, change out gpu to any r9 270x as for maybe $10 you get 5-8 more frames, would recommend modular psu for easy creation, and I know its a budget build but 8gb. is still really useful.

same gpu=r9 270X.
You probably could get away with a dualcore but the 4150 would do fine in that case and the extra money could be spend on a better gpu.
The case has a height limitation for cpu coolers so look at at that when maybe buying an aftermarket cooler=157mm btw.The case has also a led fan in the front which is orange,there's also a version with a red led fan at the front for the same price.
