Is my pc able to handle smooth 144hz on most games?

I'm planning to buy a 144hz monitor but not sure whether my pc can handle it or not, I play mostly
Fortnite, CSGO and Rocket League.

These are my pc components

CPU | AMD RYZEN 7 1700 @ 3.6 Ghz
Motherboard | ASUS PRIME B350-Plus
RAM | HYPER-X Fury 16GB DDR-4 2400MHz
HDD | WD 1TB Blue 7200RPM
Graphics Card | ASUS GTX1070 Dual OC 8GB DDR-5
Power Supply | ZALMAN ZM700LEII 700W

1080p? Yeah, should be fine. At that resolution you may be a bit CPU-bound in games that depend heavily on single threaded performance, in which case you could overclock your CPU a bit.

my r1700 is overclocked to 3.6ghz will this work out?

Oops, sorry, missed that in your first post. That's a somewhat modest overclock, but yes I think you should get good performance with it.
