is my pc able to run games in ultra settings ?

i just want to make sure if my pc components may run battlefield 3 and all sort of new games in ultra settings :
cpu : amd phenom II x4 955
gpu : sapphire hd 7850
Ram : 8gb kingston
hdd : 1 tb western digital
it is a very nice cheap build but i still need some confidence to buy them ,

What resolution? It should do well, but at 1920x1080 I'd think "High" rather than "Ultra."

If you game at 900p, then you should be able to reach Ultra.
