Is my pc any good?

I have old pc which will be with me for few more years so I wanted your opinion about it and what component should I change if I decide to?

Motherboard: Gigabyte EP35-DS3L
CPU: Core2Duo E7300 2.6 (OC 3.2Ghz)
RAM: 6GB DDR2 PC 6400
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 6670 1Gb GDDR5
PSU: 550W
HDD: SATA HDD 1TB
Monitor: 17inch CRT & 15inch LCD old
with stock cooler and no aditional coolers & fans

For what you have its a nice build. As you see the old dual core overclock's nicely but your entry level, at the time it was released, graphics card is holding you back some.

so the first thing i should change is graphics card?? is there any good(better) GPU for a 50-60$ in europe??
