is my pc balanced and good for high end gaming?

so its all balanced? and wont cause any bottlenecking? i have 8gb of ram too forgot to add that.

Yep. The 6300 is a good CPU to pair with that GPU. There shouldn't be any bottleneck

okay thanks, its just that in games i dont reached 100% gpu usage, in frycry 3 i get 60-70% and in dead space 2 i get 40-50% so just abit worried that its getting bottlenecked by the motherboard some how or the CPU. any comments why it is doing this? if you know..

Do you have v-sync on? What are ur frame rates? Since v-sync limits the FPS ur GPU won't use 100%

yeah I have vsync turned off in dead space 2 and the usage is 48% but i get 100-110fps haven't tried to turn vsync of in any other games yet though...
