Is my PC better than a PS4 or XBOX ONE?

I have a PC gaming laptop ASUS G75VX-RH71-CA.

My specs are:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.4GHz
Memory: 12288MB RAM (12GB)
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670MX
OS: Windows 8.1

I also bought GTA 5 on Steam and was wondering if I will be able to run the game on decent settings or not. Can my PC handle GTA 5?

Should be able to do medium level anyways, but until the game is out, no one will know how it actually runs and how well it's optimized, etc. That's only going off the recommended specs from Rockstar.
