i have a new video card in my gaming pc and my cpu score is 5.4 in windows when my video card score is 7.0
my cpu is amd athlon 64 x2 4200+ OC oto 2.6ghz
my gpu is Diamond Radeon hd 6570 2gb gddr3 750mhz core memery 800mhz plz reply

There is no bottleneck with hd 6570.just your cpu is old and weak.

ok thanks i was wondering because my zotac geforce 620 1gbddr3 ran bf3 ultra at 30fps my radeon does 20 but in every other game it does better than the zotac

No hd 6570 is far better than g620.install latest amd drivers.

yes your cpu is slow and old. your graphics card isnt very good either, but you would definitely see performance increase from a cpu upgrade. unfortunately for you your system is so old you would have to upgrade cpu, motherboard and ram at the same time.

cant i just put an 4 core and 4 gb ram ddr2 800 and get a little better gpu my mobo supports up yo am3

yes you can buy and install a 4 core CPU and the ram if your MoBo supports them

Phenom II X4 964, if a motherboard is needed a asus M5A78L, and 1600 MHz RAM, $100 for cpu, $60 for mobo, $20-40 on ram matters if u get 4 or 8gb, recommended a 7770 or 640 gt, or 650 gtx, if u were looking towards some new components, am3 does support the use of ddr2 but it will rlly lower ur performance

AM3+ Mobo, jump on a 4300 or if the money allows 6300. then get a 7770 or higher

i just bought a Phenom II X6 and 4gb ddr2 800 ram now it runs way better but i do thind there is a bottle neck now my gpu 6 core at 3.8ghz and a radeon hd 6570

Well there is no reason to overclock ur cpu that high when ur gpu is holding it back, and ddr2 may be holding it back slightly yet, but an x6 was a good move.

ok but the 3.8ghz is its stock speed I did not overclock it at all

U bought an x6? or x4? the x4 980 is stock 3.7, and x6 1100t is stock 3.3, so either ur mistaken or didnt get an phenom lol There is no Phenom that comes stock clocked at 3.8Ghz on all cores

The 1100t and 980, are the top end x6 and x4 cpus from the phenom II line so must be some confusion
