Is my pc build any good?

Power- G7 power extreme 780W
Ram- ADATA - XPG V1.0 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (being delivered)
Hard drive- Seagate - BarraCuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (being delivered)
Video card- EVGA - GeForce GT 710 2GB Video Card

I not sure on what CPU it has but do you reckon these parts will be for gaming (For on budget pc build)

Honestly, it's very entry-level and not parts I'd use in an entry-level build. Really depends on how much you paid for it. The PSU is especially weak -- I'd never put that in any kind of build -- and the GPU is only suitable for office tasks on a CPU that doesn't have integrated graphics. Unless this was *extremely* inexpensive, you likely had better options.
