Depends on what you are going to use it for. As a gaming rig you will have some trouble as the G4400 doesn't have hyperthreading and only has two cores/ two threads.

For the PSU 750W is insane overkill in terms of wattage and actually is too large. Yes, too much wattage can be a bad thing. PSU's are less efficient and suffer wider power parameter fluctuations when run in the lower wattage range. The PSU also burns out faster when constantly run at the low end.

Do you have a budget, a country of purchase, any preferred online vendors and do you need any of the following"
- monitor
- OS
- keyboard/mouse
- Wifi and/or bluetooth connectivity...

Hmm if you look forward of playing only esports titles than its ok but the g4400 is not that good. You should have gone with the g4560. And just like imsqam said, 750W is defanetly to overkill for your system. If you want to play games like gta5 or battlefield 1 you should have at least 8GB of ram.
