Few changes, stepped down mobo from B150 to H110, used 30 bucks shaved from there into a significantly better gfx card. VS sereis psus are considered tier 4, avoid if possible. The 500B i put in is a tier 3 unit (reference: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html).

I second everyhing said here, except i changed the MB to one that has 4 RAM slots so you may add more in the future. As for the GPU, the 950 is indeed superiour, but i've also added an SSD, in case you want to go with the 750ti.

Changed the build a little bit, explanations below. Good luck fellow.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor ($110.99 @ SuperBiiz)

Great CPU, great choice for the budget.

Motherboard:
Gigabyte GA-H110M-A Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($53.99 @ SuperBiiz)

Good MoBo, in the future if you want to overclock upgrade the board to a Z170 chipset, unlocked CPU, etc.

Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($34.39 @ Newegg)

Awesome warranty on this Kingston Hyper X RAM.

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($46.89 @ OutletPC)

Black series vs blue would have been better, so, solid barracuda reliability will work better and is slightly cheaper.

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 950 2GB Superclocked+ ACX 2.0 Video Card ($149.99 @ SuperBiiz)

Spend the extra $10-20 +/- and get the SC version model 2956. Totally worth it.

Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case ($53.99 @ NCIX US)

Unless you absolutely must have the S340, this budget 200R is solid.

Power Supply: XFX TS 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($53.98 @ Newegg)

Better tier II vs tier IV PSU, much more reliable.

Stay frosty.

PS: 8GB of RAM is more then enough for gaming. Also, get an ADATA SSD, there are really good deals on more reliable and faster Corsair LE SSDs and you can do that upgrade in the near future just clone your drive with some free software like Macrium Reflect etc.

Does it really matter though? Because of the way GPU boost works, all the cards boost above the rated clock and boost speeds anyway. And most of the time, unless there are significant differences in the board or cooler used in the card, they all reach pretty much the same boost clock. Not that I would know where to put that extra 10 bucks, the rest of the build is pretty solid; maybe step back up to the S340.

2951 has a single fan setup and the 2956 has a dual fan setup. There will be a slight performance increase and less fan on time. For $10 more it's totally worth it.

The current PC I'm building is with the X4 860K and the 2958 model 950 plus a hyper 212 which is also a pretty cool setup. (2958 FTW not necessary, but for another $10 it looks cool x'D)

Here's what fellow Tom's have to say about tier IV PSUs.

"Built down to a low price. Not exactly the most stable units ever created. Very basic safety circuitry or even thin gauge wiring used. Not for gaming rigs or overclocking systems of any kind. Avoid unless your budget dictates your choice."

The power supply I put in the build can be used with future upgrades and has tier II specs. Second only to tier I of course.

As for the H110 chipset MoBo, it's fine, unless it's lacking features you want. In the future you could remove the MoBo and put your current CPU into a more pricey Z170 chipset board more capable of overclocking. That would also mean upgrading the CPU to a chip capable of overclocking, and, at that point might as well jump to a better GPU as well. But, these specs should last at least 1-2 years or longer without having to scale graphics terribly low.

Ok I've decided to change the PSU for a Seasonic S12II 520W 80PLUS Bronze. the only problem now is the motherboard which I still have no idea what to get, I'm looking for a cheap budget mobo and saw some ASUS H110m are they any good?

It really depends on how many USB ports etc and the build quality of the board. apk24 and myself posted some good H110 boards. I don't recommend trying to overclock. Also that's a great PSU, just as good or comparable to the XFX.

Don't even have to push it that far, the GTX 950 is 139, the current posted build w/o GPU is 370. If you can push the budget by 10 bucks, you will get a noticeably superior experience and will last you longer. Just saying: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/nXZzKZ

If you have your heart set on the 750 Ti or just want to save some cash and lower your budget, it's not a bad card at all.
