Hello, I want to know if this build is good and if it's compatible:

CPU: i5-8600K
MOTHERBBOARD: MSI Z370 Gaming Pro Carbon
RAM: 16GB-DDR4-2666MHz-CL13-Kings XMP HypX Predator (2x8)
CPU COOLER: Noctua NH-U9S
POWER SUPPLY: Evga 650 gq

PS: I already have EVGA SSC 1060 6GB

Sure you can, if you have the money. 128 Gb is bit to small this days, 256 Gb is better choice. But living without SSD is still possible, it's just a matter of how comfortable you want your machine to be.

Ok, one more thing, what is the best Z370 motherboard for the price around 200$ in your opinion?

Asus 370-E or -F (same board just E has WiFi and F don't).

Many of my friends had asus motherboards and they broke

That can happen, no matter what manufacturer. Asus board never failed me, although I did have one DoA this year. But overall those boards have very good performance.
