Your Mainboard and CPU are totally compatible but I'm not sure about your memory, you can use this instead:
2x Gskill RipjawsX 4GB 1600 CL9F3-12800CL9S-4GBXL
This is completely compatible.
About your Graphic card, your mainboard supports PCI E 2.0 but you selected a PCI E 3.0 Graphic card, they works but not at the best performance!
For your HDD, I suggest choosing a SSHD storage

50-70 dollars

will this motherboard supports zotac gtx amp??Asus B85M-G..

The graphic card you mentioned is not exact, I found these 3 graphic cards:
https://www.zotac.com/ir/product/compare/graphics_card?id=330023,330025,330026
http://tinypic.com/r/2rgjdsn/9

But the important thing is that all of them have PCI E 3.0 interface and the Asus B85M-G R2.0 also supports PCI E 3.0:
