Is my pc capable of running 4K?

I need a new monitor, and I'm interested in a 4k one. But before I look any further into this I ofcourse need to make sure that my pc can handle it.

This is my build:

- Asus geforce gtx 780 OC edition
- AMD FX-8 8320
- Gigebyte 990FXA-UD3

That should be enough info I think.

I'm playing the following game atm:
League of Legends, Guild Wars 2 and Modded Minecraft. I'm studying product design and there for use software like photoshop, illustrator, ... I also often watch a movie or a series.
