Is my PC capable of running Far Cry 3, NFS Shift 2:unleashed?

Windows 8.1
AMD A8- 6500
6GB RAM
AMD radeon 8570D
I know this isnt a true blue gaming PC, and that integrated GPU is far worse than any dedicated GPU.
I was just wondering if it was capable of playing those 2 games. Doesnt need to be 1920x1080 with high textures and 60FPS, as long as it'll run with reasonable settings im fine with it.

Yes, that card can play Far Cry 3 at low to medium settings.. NFS: Shift 2 is not that much GPU demanding, so it'll play fine too..
