Here is link to your mobo Qualified Vendors List
http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Memory/mb_memory_z370-aorus-gaming-7_180420.pdf

On page 133 on your manual, it list al error code....I could not find error code c 1

Do a quick check, make sure 24 pin power supply to mobo is plugin, 8 pin CPU power supply connect to mobo, CPU fan plug in mobo, memory module plug in correctly (you should hear 2 click when you plug in each memory module).

0. Is your monitor connect directly to the motherboard? Remove your GPU since you don't need it to boot up
1. Did you hear any beep? Sometimes the mobo will beep out (1, 2 or 3 beeps) for error issue. I guess you need speaker to hook up to mobo to be able to hear it.
2. If you already did a quick check on cable connection, the next step is just try 1 module of memory at one time. If it does not work, try different slot. If no luck, try the other memory module.

If the above 2 quick steps don't work, here is the full procedure.
3. Here is the link to PC troubleshooting guide that someone created so I just link it for you to follow.

I am sorry to hear that. I thought you bought everything new. Anyway, according to Newegg website, your mobo has 3 years warranty so I think you should contact Gigabyte to verify. Z370 mobo was released in Oct or Nov last year, so it should still under warranty. I don't think you need to show receipt since they based warranty on date of manufacturing if you don't have receipt.
