Is my PC Dead?

Hey guys so I just installed a custom watercool loop. I had everything plugged in normally and then started the psu and nothing happened. So I unplugged everything and jump started the psu so I could get the fluid flowing. Everything was fine, until I had to plug everything back into its place. Once I plugged everything back into its place nothing turns on the bottom of the psu fan doesnt even spin. Is my psu too small for my hardware or did I just do something wrong? When jump started only the pump/res work and the cpu block. My fans are all connected to the thermaltake fan controller which is where my cpu block is also connected but the block works and the fans that are also connected dont.

Im running a Corsair HX650 PSU
i7-7700k
Gigabyte z270x- Gaming 5
Asus strix 1060 6GB
Thermaltake 360mm rad w/ 3 thermaltake 120mm fans (that wont spin)

I am very confused. Yes everything is plugged in properly, the only time something works is when its jump started and then only the cpu block and pump/res work nothing else and when all components are connected and I turn on the psu nothing happens.

if it a new build make sure the mb not grounding out to the mb tray did you use standoffs???

No I did not use standoffs i just mounted it directly to the metal
