[SOLVED] Is my PC dead?

Yesterday I tried to start my PC but it would turn on for a second and then turn off again, it would keep going like this. I removed one of my ram units and then it would start up but no screen and none of my USB ports are working which means I also can't get my PC to wake up from sleep mode by clicking on my mouse. Is my Mobo dead?

full system spec? include make and model of the psu

try maybe resetting Bios, maybe also remove anything unneeded , such as extra drives etc, to see if anything's different. maybe also try hardware (such as GPU and RAM) on another system you know is ok to test ..
