Is my PC decent?

My specs are:
Intel i5 Dual Core Processor w/ 2.5 ghz turbo boost up to 3.1 ghz
Nvidia GeForce 630m and 1 gb of VRAM
3.6 gb of usable ram

I'd go to 8GBs of RAM & Consider updating that processor. As for the graphics card, games should be fine if you play them on low to normal settings at 720 or 1080p.
