Maybe edit out what you just said, your not allowed to talk about that on here xD, Anyways yeah. Maybe that "Version" didn't come with it, I've never done that so idk. Maybe try to find a direct x 11.2 download somewhere and install it. Just make sure not to get a virus while doing so lol use Malwarebytes or something to check the file or .exe or whatever for any malware.
What is your RAM usage at while playing league? and CPU usage also? I don't see it as a CPU problem, You should get 60fps on high easily with those specs, Even though the graphics card is pretty meh... But yeah 4gb's of RAM is extremely low.

Cpu get's max 30% ram on the other hand is around 70% i also get this freeze the second game hit 2. min idk why i tried support and they cant solve it....

How old are all the parts you are using in your system? My 2 guesses would be your GPU isn't running how it should be. Or your power supply is shitting out, the CM 750m I can't find it anywhere on the PSU tier list http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html Could it be possible that the power supply isn't able to keep everything powered? Some power supplies over time can lose their rated output.

Overall, I'd say if you have a spare GPU even if its a worse GPU install it try it out see if the fps is still low and or drops.

Another thing, Make sure your Drivers are all up to date and re-try playing league.

Sorry wrong name it's Cm g750m,How can i check if it's gpu problem i ran furmark it didn't crash,oh and how to see if power supply is dying on me xD

Your PSU is a tier 3, I don't see it causing any problems here, It should be powering everything just fine. Have you tried reinstalling league?

Also what are your average FPS in games before the lag started? and what are they at now?

I tried reinstaling my pc a few times. Um i don't know 150+ ?? I just started noticing this it's getting on my nerves.I play doom 3 just fine on max settings. Here and there maybe 10 fps drops. Nothing much, but this league is gonna make me go insane 😀

Reinstalled OS i deleted everything freshly installed all driver programs and everythings still no use 🙁 ,i found some guy want's to trade me his Asus GTX 580 DCU II should i for it and see if that solves the problem ?

Unless your Graphics card is dead I wouldn't no, Because the r9 270x is a better card overall. Have you considered buying a 1050 ti or another GPU?

I really don't see this being anything other than hardware, Which if its fps its 100% your GPU as your CPU isn't going to randomly make things drop like that, It's a very unlikely chance that it's CPU.

I'd also recommend at least 4 more gb's of RAM, If you do this make sure you get the SAME exact stick(s) you have now.

If all of that is off the table I really don't know what to tell you, it really sounds like a hardware problem.

If you know someone with a spare gpu that would allow you to test theirs I would try that otherwise you have almost no way of telling if its the GPU even though it most likely is.

Also if you can, Download HWmonitor and play a game of league and take a picture of all the tempatures in your system and post it here please, We can see if something is overheating and causing your CPU or GPU to throttle to keep cooler.

Yeah that all looks normal, Your GPU is working to maximum, but your CPU isn't but that makes sense, since it is a 8 core processor it isn't going to go anywhere near maximum usage. I really can't see what might be causing this.... You don't lag on any other game you play? if not you must not have some pre-requisites downloaded for league of legends like dx11 or something?

If you don't lag on any other game, it shouldn't be GPU or CPU league just isn't a demanding game in anyway, Software would make the most sense if no other game lags.

Usually, when you install league of legends it downloads all the required software like dx9, dx11 or what have you. Looking at the r9 270x pcs+ it supports up to dx11.2. Your Operating system will usually have this installed anyways though, Atleast with windows 8.1 + what OS are you using?
