Fx-6300
Msi 970 gaming motherboard
Radeon armour x r9 390 2gb
Skill ripjaws 2*4gb
Crosshair vs650 watt power supply

Will it play games like ac unity and fallout 4 at high setting at a decent frame rate or will it be crappy?

If I am right, then there is no such thing as R9 390 2GB. Did you mention R9 380 2GB???
Your build is good except that PSU. That PSU is super crap.
Get EVGA SuperNova GS 650W
or XFX Pro 650W
or Thermaltake Toughpower 650W

Ok thanks and yes I did mean r9 380 sorry about that
But also with the psu is it likely to fail under strain and damage my components and things like that
