was wondering whether if there was a problem or not. cuz i dont wanna blow up my first build, and can it run smoothly for games like witcher 3? gtav?

Depends on your monitor resolution and refresh rate, if you have a single 1080p monitor with 60 refresh rate a GTX 1070 would save you some money and run those games the best they can be ran.
