Is my PC good enough?

I have 16gb of ddr3, an intel i5 4690, and a gtx 1060. I don’t remember my motherboard specs. Is this enough for streaming to twitch 720p 60fps or 900p 60fps? Either one is fine but preferrably the 900p settings. I will be streaming fortnite

yes it's fine. your pc will handle fortnite without issue.

keep in mind,

streaming will slow down your gaming fps for sure.

Gaming with fortnite, fine but streaming may suffer a bit.
