Is my pc good for gaming...???

I have build a new pc..its specs are..

gpu-sapphire hd 7850 2gb ddr5
ram-12 gb total corsair vengeance 4and 8gb
mobo-asus m5a99fx pro r2.0
cpu cooler-cooler master hyper 212 evo
psu-seasonic s12ii 620 watts
cabinet-cooler master elite 431 plus mid tower cabinet
fans 1 140mm cooler master and 2 120 mm cooler master
monitor-dell s2240l

Is good,not with all the settings un high and ultra.Depend on how demanding are the games.
