@OP, i'm gonna be honest with you, an SSD is a waste of money in this price range, especially considering what you want to do.
The only real impact it has is lowered boot times for windows.
It can be added in later, it's best to invest into hardware initially, as you can't pay the difference for a CPU later.
A 1060 3GB is the minimum I would recommend for streaming, not enough GPU power otherwise. Same with the 1600, it's a big leap from the 1500X, and comes with a beefier cooler.
First up. It's best to stay away from Cyberpower. They have a horrible track record and most veteran PC users/ builders will most likely agree. But that is only my opinion. Let's take a look at what you've put together.

Not really. The low end 2GB 550 will certainly slow down the show. Games these days routinely use over 2GB of VRAM. Looking to stream at 480p and low settings?

The 1400 is good for gaming. It's not really designed with streaming in mind. The 1600 would be a much better choice but that does get expensive. I would choose a 4 GB 1050 Ti instead of that 550.

I hope that PC is $500 or less.

ok

that is something I know I will have to suffer at first I know the graphics card is a must change but compared to the other options the 2gb rx 550 was the best in price range and having the 4gb versions does not make a difference and like ive said I'm not looking for a total monster as I will build up from here and never buy a full built system again as for your suggestion about streaming at 480p that's completely wrong in my opinion I would say you were right if I were to be running 1080p on both streaming and playing the cpu would not take it but that will not be the case.

I know this is understandable and sadly your estimate of 500$ or less would be completely wrong and ive done the math buying it from cyber is 838$ as for buying all the items myself seperate would be 796$ and you would say hmh sounds like the better option but its not because cyberpower is giving me a 1 year warranty on all parts free mouse pad mouse and keyboard. and they are building it for me!!! and If something is wrong they've already tested and made sure everything is good to go. I'm really looking forward to this gaming pc actually my first I know its not the best or high end either but its decent and it will be able to run the games I want to play and I don't want to run games all on high I never have I want to be able to stream and play at the same time and I just want to know what games I will be able to stream on perfectly, and what I should be looking out for honestly I don't want advice on other parts because there are some high tier parts I will be getting in two to three months to replace my cpu and graphics card I just want to know what I can be able to do with this badboy and what I will be expecting.

your budget is 838$

Okay, @OP, let me say this.
For $600 even I could get you far better value, then you could still get windows, a mechanical keyboard, a good mouse like the Razer Deathadder and construction, all for far less.
Their warranty only covers when they're at fault for construction etc.
Wear and tear and accidental damage are out of pocket.
I'll make an example in a bit.

I've spent a bit over since it allows for truly the best you can get in the price range.
The 1060 performs a good 75% better than a 1050, and way better than a RX 550, the 1600 is about 60% better than the 1400, and 16GB of high frequency DDR4 will help out heaps.

Yes, I assumed. Not good. That 2GB card is just low end. I thought low end budget.

As you can see they are not a respected company.

You can also see that Chugalug has build a MUCH better PC for a similar price. The value is a LOT better. Then you can use a little for peripherals.

The parts themselves come with a warranty, regardless of Cyberpower. My graphics card? 3 years. PSU? 3 years. Cyberpower only stands behind their work for a year.

the build you made for me right now is great honestly but it has no ssd witch is a must and no keyboard and mouse and mousepad and dos all this include warranty?, but I'm not a little bitch whatever, and in original my idea was to go for the ryzen 5 1600x and a way better graphics card but this are the only things I see need changing and I will change so lets say I were to change the graphics card and cpu do you think this build would be worth it??

https://www.amazon.com/ADATA-SU800-128GB-3D-NAND-ASU800SS-128GT-C/dp/B01K8A29BE is my suggestion for an SSD.

It doesn't really bring a lot to the party as far as live streaming is concerned. Recording, editing and then uploading? It does help a lot.

Do you want that extra $50 added to the 1600 so you can add the X or????

True, to a point. I do have a few games on my SSD. Largest one is only 21GB. I have 15GB of my 120GB SSD unallocated. When I want/need some space or am done or frustrated with a game I rotate another one in and one out. A 256GB or larger SSD is a VERY good idea. But, my budget..... Some games load super quick on a regular 7200RPM drive so they really don't need to be on my ssd. Case in point? Sniper Elite 4. About a 5 second or less load time. And 3.
