Is my pc good for streaming ?

Rx 560 4gb
120gb ssd
1tb hdd
4 gb RAM
I don't want to play demanding game like PUBG or Far Cry 5
I want to play TC Rainbow Six siege
Maybe fortnite GTA V and Just Cause 3

I would say no.
between CPU, GPU, and RAM, you probly don't have enough for good streaming overhead.

I'd suggets uppingt to 8 or 16 GB of RAM, a 2700K (or other CPU with 6 or 8 threads, at least) at least to have the overhead for streaming.
