I was going to agree with Outlander that it is a good start and a decent rig until I saw the PSU choice - that will bring down the whole rig. Also that extra thermal compound is a waste of money. And you also should not pair an unlocked CPU with a motherboard that does not support overclocking. Either get a motherboard that does, or get a CPU that doesn't. Depending on your monitor resolution this is what you should get:
