i dont know if my pc is high-end or mid-end
my pc spec:
i7-4790
gtx 970
16gb ram
128 ssd
2 tb hhd
600 watt psu

You are in the lower end of the high end if that makes sense... so high end. The 4790K coupled to a 970 GTX is a great combination...

That's high end.
Why? does it really matter? If you have fun with it and it does what you want it to do should you feel good about it.

Low-High end. The gtx 970 is a great card as is the i7-4790 cpu. Add another gtx 970 with a higher watt psu and you would be High End. Nice build btw
