you'd score a lot higher as that version has unlocked multipliers and overclocks higher. And since the Hd 6570 is a OEM card and not available to the public I must assume this is an off the shelf pre-assembled computer.
Depends on what you use it for. Very strong processor, but weak video card could make this "high end" with respect to cpu-intensive tasks, but for gaming it would be low end because of the 6570.
