Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
GPU: Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 570 ITX 4GB DDR5
CPU: Intel Xeon E3 1220 V3
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600MHz 4x2 (11-11-11-28)
Motherboard: MSI H81M-P33 (MS-7817)
Storage: Western Digital 2TB HDD 5400 RPM

Is this considered low-end or a mid-end PC? What do you think about this? Each part I got for really cheap when I had the chance.

Decent CPU, low tier video card, low amount of old DDR3 memory, Budget motherboard, slow clunker hard drive instead of SSD, no power supply even listed. Definitely low end build.
