I have a pc with intel i3 10th gen cpu, 12gb ram and an onboard intel uhd graphics card...is my pc low end or mid end ?

If you look up at a midnight sky, see one bright shining star in the heavens, that's a low end pc.

I3 cpu, not much higher than Pentium class cpus, bottom rung of the core-i series.

Intel HD600 series integrated graphics are less than half of a 750ti.

12Gb of ram puts you in flex mode, basically some of your ram works in dual channel, and what's leftover works in single channel.

Pretty much what you have is about equitable to a Playstation 2 with a functional keyboard.
