Oh yes perfectly fine.well is my pc still decent for a few titles?
Watch dogs 2 should work - probably not fantastic, but at lower quality @ 1080p.will watch dogs 2 work? back when i had the same exact card with a core i5 2500k 6 gigs of ddr3 a 60gb ssd that was barely functioning and a 500gb hdd the game ran horribly bad and kept freezing everytime i whould pan the camera around then 2 days later the dam thing fryed its self and i dont know if it was watch dogs 2 that caused it to break or when me and my friend went to far in brick rigs and launched a nuke that apparently fryed his hard drives and fryed my entire computer except the 4 gb 680 and 600w power supply (and those 2 parts are still in my pc)
As I said in my above post:only reason my pc cannot run it is because my video card is beyond old

You just fall short recommended specs but meet minimum spec required.
The Elite series of CM are also notoriously poor quality.coolermaster elite v3 600w
No. The cpu is ok but that game benefits from CPU’s with more than 4 cores/threads. Also 16gb RAM would help avoid any stuttering. The gpu is the main performance restriction but there are definitely limits elsewhere once you upgrade the gpu. However if aiming for 1080p 60Hz/FPS you might not worry about the other limitations.only reason my pc cannot run it is because my video card is beyond old
