Is my pc not good enough?

I just upgraded my cyberpowerpc to 8gb of ram and installed an EVGA gtx 750ti 2gb gddr5 gpu. now im not really going to be playing newer games, rather old games off emulators. Its rare that ill be playing a newer game but it'll happen. anyways what i wanna know is why does PlanetSide 2 look so garbage with my specs? my specs are: 8gb ram, 500gb hdd, AMD A6-5400k APU 3.6 ghz processor,EVGA gtx 750ti 2g gddr5 gpu and a 350w power supply. are my specs just garbage or do i need to change some settings? And if my specs are garbage what do I need to upgrade some more?

Have you tried changing the settings in the game to render in higher quality? And what do you exactly mean when you say "garbage" - is it jerky or is it the quality of the image (low resolution)?

I put everything on low. I dont remember if i changed the render quality though. Ill do that now....And when I say garbage i mean it doesnt look like the quality i see on youtube videos. It looks more like DC Universe Online quality

Aaahh... OK - it's looking awful because you have put the quality settings on low. Put them higher and there will be a definite quality improvement.

There really isnt a difference to me. Could it be my pc or is it simply how its supposed to look? Because when i watch youtube videos it looks like cod quality or even better...**UPDATE** I got it to work now. Thanks for the help
