Hello, I play games like The Sims 3, Sims 4, GTA 5 and others.

I am looking for a PC that can runs games like that and high-end games, the specs I want to choose are -

AMD FX-6350 3.90Ghz
8 (2x4GB) DDR3 RAM
AMD Radeon 460 4GB GPU
1TB HDD
120GB SSD

I'm new to custom building a computer, could anyone help?

Solution
Ok i will take CTurbo's advice and try for a i3 build.

I still don't think it's worth it to save that last £105 to drop to a i3 cpu and ditch the 27" monitor for a 23.6" one.

-The budget i5, like the i5-4460. Pick intel's cheapest quad core i5 that is above 3ghz.
-Cheaper board for it try and get a Gigabyte is it's only a few £'s more. -Cheapest DDR3-1600mhz to 2133mhz 2x4gb (8gb kit)
Cheaper case or reuse a existing one. A decent but cheaper budget power supply 500watts and above something like a Antec, EVGA, Corsair, ect.
Ditch the SSD. Put that cash towards the Video card.

-A used 1400x900 LCD monitor, try to get at least a 19". You will see these for sale used locally and also at computer stores that sell refirbished or off-lease computers. Where i am you can buy them for $20-$30 Cdn.
-A used 1080p 20" to 32" lcdtv, or a insane 40"to 42" 1080p lcdtv, used 1080p lcd monitor.
Use this saved cash towards a better gpu.

Do what you can to skimp on other stuff to get at least a RX470. The Nvidia GTX1070 is also good if you can afford it.

The GTX1060 and old stock and on sale GTX970,980,980ti and Radeon 390, 390x and fury are work considering too.

The reason why the builds are going with at least a RX 470 is because GTA5 is a console port that is known to run poorly on many decent gaming PC's. Doom and Watch dogs also run poorer on PC's and lack crossfire\sli support too.

I know i will get flac for this. A second option in this price range is to use your existing PC along side a Xbox1 with something like a 32" 1080p lcdtv and surround sound system. You can also buy a wireless adapter that lets the xbox1 controllers work on the PC.

I shaved every last penny off to include the windows 64bit os system, Yes i know it's win8.1.
A swap to a GTX1060 SC because in benchmarks it beats the RX 480 by a few frames per second. (However overclocking the RX480 could change that) It is very close between AMD's RX480 and Nvidia's GTX 1060 SC.

-1400 x 900 resolution gives the system a bit of a "break" allowing for higher framerates vs. a higher resolution like 1080p.
-Cheap dual core is basically half of a i5-4460. Easy swap to a i5 later on.
Old stock R9 380 still delivers at the cost of more wattage and heat.

^ I disagree with the Celeron G1840 recommendation. While you can always get more frames by lowering graphical settings and resolution, a CPU that's too slow is simply too slow, and there's nothing you can do about it. I could not conscionably put anything less than an i3 in a PC that will be used for games like GTA V.

It's 126.23 cheaper than the i5 or only 33.59. Later on when there is more cash to spend it can be swapped out for a i5.

This is because it sounds like the dream was to spend between 600-700. Then it now needs the OS system included and it changes to a 450 build.

Still it's got a R9 380 in it, (aka HD-7950 or R9 280). At 1600x900 it should do ok.

You could even opt for a 1366x768 monitor to be sure. Or a used 720p lcdtv.
