[SOLVED] Is my PC underperforming?????

My computer is underperforming and my CPU is only getting a score of 1442 on Cinebench R20 and a single-core score of 350 I have an h410r heatsink for the CPU and idles at around 35c to 45c I think its because of the temp here in India and under load its 70c max the GPU also sometimes hit 80c which concerns me. Please help me ( b250m ds3h MB with i7700 (non-K) with RTX 2070 and 32gb of 2400mh ram) My case is a basic cooler master case

You are on slow RAM what's you're PSU?

Temps are fine.

Could be that, guessing India doesn’t have the cleanest power in the world and that PSU though ok isn’t an amazing unit.

If I upgrade my PSU my components can run without any problem ? Do you suggest to upgrade my PSU
