Hi, my pc is pretty outdated for gaming. Can barely run most modern games at a good FPS. I want to know if I can start upgrading it, and if so, what do I start with? Thanks

Specs:

Processor: AMD FX 4300 quad core
GTX 750
8 gb ram
350 watt psu (ik I really need to upgrade it)
MSI motherboard (not sure of the exact model)

Let me know if I forgot to mention anything

Do you have any software to check CPU and GPU usage during some games? Whichever one has higher usage % is the one you should replace. It's hard to decide whether the GPU or CPU should be replaced in this case cause the GTX-750 isn't the most powerful, but the FX processors are also known for bottlenecks in gaming. Something like a GTX 1050ti could be a good replacement GPU if that is the bottleneck, but I don't suggest most AMD graphics cards simply because that means you would probably need to also replace the power supply as well.
If you plan on playing new releases you're need a whole new PC. There isn't anything that can be "upgraded".
Okay here’s the thing, haven’t been very interested in any games for months. I’m not specificity interested in new releases, I just need something that runs games even a little better. By “upgradeable” I meant, is it worth upgrading maybe my psu and graphics card to start, and then keep going from there. I’m just trying to get back into gaming because I miss it

What games are you looking to play specifically? That would help in knowing what parts you would need.
Thats the thing... I don’t really know lmaoo. I guess I should probably be finding games I’m interested in before upgrading. Any games you recommend? I’m thinking MAYBE apex legends, I want to be able to run six siege and overwatch better as well. Maybe gta 5. Since I already own those games. I kinda lost my touch for gaming. Used to be addicted to overwatch
